Orders $40 - $500, add 10%.

Next Day UPS: Add $25 to the standard S/H
2nd Day UPS: Add $18 to the standard S/H
3 Day UPS: Add $11 to the standard S/H
Federal Express or DHL: FedEx and DHL are shipped using YOUR account number. Please include $15 flat rush fee. (Do not include the 10% s/h) Please provide your account number on the order form and indicate priority delivery (by 10am) or standard delivery (by 3pm on order form. If not specified, your order will be shipped standard delivery.
HOW CAN I PAY FOR MY ORDER? CLOSE WINDOW
Lawyers & Judges Publishing Co., Inc. accepts the credit cards VISA, Mastercard and American Express. We also accept personal checks and money orders for mail-orders.
New customers: First orders must be prepaid by check or credit card.
L&J customers: Our terms are net 15 days. Your customer number is located in the upper right hand corner of your mailing address. If you are unsure, please call us and one of our customer service agents will assist you.
Government agencies and institutions: Automatic open accounts available. Please supply your purchase order in writing via fax or mail. We also accept government credit cards.
Orders including anatomical models, charts, videotapes and video kits and software must be prepaid.
International Shipping and Handling: All international orders must be prepaid in US funds and will be shipped using USPS Global Express or USPS Global Priority Mail. Charges are our standard 10% handling fee plus the actual shipping costs to send the item(s) to the country requested. If you need a shipping quote prior to ordering, email us at sales@lawyersandjudges.com to obtain a Pro-Forma of shipping and handling charges.

Sales tax is added only to orders delivered within Arizona state. Arizona residents add 5.6% sales tax rate. Tucson residents add 7.6%
HOW DO I ORDER FROM CANADA OR INTERNATIONALLY? CLOSE WINDOW
Canadian and international orders may be subject to duties, taxes and customs, and are the responsibility of the customer.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER? CLOSE WINDOW
All orders are processed Monday through Friday (9 a.m. - 5 p.m. PST), and are shipped within 48 hours. See shipping information for delivery options and associated costs.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY BOOK IS OUT-OF-STOCK OR OUT-OF-PRINT? CLOSE WINDOW
Even though we make every attempt to have plenty of stock on hand for our customers, we do fall short sometimes. If a title is out-of-stock on our web site you can either, 1) call Customer Service to ask for an estimated time of availability on the title, or 2) accept it as a back-order. If the particular title is out-of-print, we will provide you with an estimated time of re-print, if available, after your order has been processed and you receive confirmation via email. We make an effort to alert our customers prior to ordering about the status of our titles on the website.
HOW DO I RETURN OR EXCHANGE A BOOK I HAVE PURCHASED? CLOSE WINDOW
All our materials are shipped to you on a 30-day approval (except anatomical models, charts, and software.) If you are not completely satisfied, return your order for a full refund or credit of the purchase price minus shipping and handling. Please include a copy of your invoice with return Ò this will expedite the return/exchange process.. For your benefit, please return your order in the original or similar packaging and ship by a trackable method. Returned items that are damaged because of improper return packaging may not receive a full refund.
Videotapes, video kits, DVDs, anatomical models and charts are returnable up to 30 days for exchange or credit on your L&J account toward a future purchase only.
Software and products on CD-ROM are nonreturnable.
Please call Customer Service prior to exchanging a product. Call 1-520-323-1500 between 7 a.m. and 4 p.m. MST, Monday through Friday for service. The customer will pay the difference in cost increases, if applicable, when exchanging for another title of greater value.

Shopping with Lawyers & Judges Publishing Co., Inc. is an easy and safe process, using a secure server to protect your credit card information.
1. Search our database for the title, author, category, series, or keywords that interest you.
2. Click the Buy Now button to add the specified quantity to your shopping basket.
3. Register with our website as a user, or sign-in when asked to do so (if you have an account with us).
4. Add any required addresses, such as shipping, billing, third-party shipping addresses, etc. Our shopping system can handle as many addresses as you want.
5. Confirm shipping and billing information and click to payment information
6. Fill in credit card information and click to Checkout. Your order will be confirmed by email. You can also place an order by phone or fax.

Credit card orders are secured through the industry standard 128bit SSL (Secure Socket Layers) server, which encrypts the information being passed through the Internet. This information is then stored for the duration of the purchase, until the order is cleared by shipping. You will also find in the URL browser line, where it would normally begin with 'http:', it now begins with 'https'. This also states that the browser is in a secure environment. L & J NEWS is an e-newsletter written for friends of Lawyers & Judges Publishing Co., Inc. The newsletter includes announcements of new titles, special sales, book excerpts and other information of interest to forensic investigators, accident reconstructionists, and lawyers. Emailed periodically throughout the year, L & J NEWS is a free opt-in newsletter. Subscribers may easily discontinue receiving it at any time. Subscriber email addresses will not be shared, loaned or sold to any other entity.

Faculty members may purchase and examine a book for 30 days. Simply indicate on an order form, school purchase order, or letterhead the books you wish to examine (maximum of three), enclose your check or credit card information and we will be happy to send them to you. When your bookstore or textbook purchasing department orders 15 or more copies from Lawyers & Judges Publishing Company, the exam copy is yours to keep at no charge and we will credit your card or send a refund check. Should you decide not to adopt and do not wish to keep your copy, please return the book to us as soon as the 30 day period is up, and we will credit your card or send a refund check. Thank You!
