Donald J. Nolan is the principal of a nine-member firm which provides quality legal representation and trial preparation for plaintiffs in serious personal injury and wrongful death liability claims. He has represented the rights of family groups in aviation disasters through his appointment and service on numerous plaintiffs’ steering committees, trial teams, and as liaision counsel, including TWA Flight 800, US Air Flight 427, United Airlines Flight 585, and American Eagle Flight 4184. He is well established in his record of providing multi-million dollar verdicts and settlements in complex matters.
