William L. Maynard has devoted his professional career to a specialized litigation practice, with twenty years of experience in handling complex, high-exposure and high-profile wrongful death cases in the general aviation arena. During this period, Mr. Maynard has established a reputation for developing and implementing successful discovery strategies and practices. Mr. Maynard graduated summa cum laude from the University of Houston Bates College of Law in 1973 where he was a member of the Houston Law Review. He is board certified in civil litigation by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization.
