Frank L. Branson
Short Biography: 

Frank L. Branson is a member of the firm, Law Offices of Frank L. Branson, P.C.. He was admitted to the State Bar of Texas in 1969 and to the bar of the U.S. Supreme Court in 1973. He received his degrees from Texas Christian University (B.A., 1967) and Southern Methodist University (J.D., 1969; LL.M., 1974). His practice encompasses medical-legal engineering, business torts, personal injury, premises liability, professional negligence, medical-legal malpractice, and engineering liability. He is the author of “Annual Tort Survey of Texas Law,” S.M.U. Law Review, 1986–, and coauthor of several articles published in Litigation and Trial magazines.

Mr. Branson has served as prosecutor, State Bar Grievance Committee (1983, 1996), and chairman, Rules of Evidence Committee (1990). He is a master, American Inns of Court, member, Supreme Court Advisory Committee (1985–1990) and is listed in Best Lawyers in America, 1987–. His memberships include: State Bar of Texas (member: Pattern Jury Charge Committee, Volume III, 1982” Standing Committee of Pattern Jury Charges, 1984), Texas Trial Lawyers Association (member, board of directors, 1972–1994, Director Emeritus, 1994–), American Trial Lawyers Association (member, board of governors, 1988–), Southern Trial Lawyers Association (president, 1989), American Board of Trial Advocates (president, Dallas Chapter, 1982), Dallas Trial Lawyers Association (President, 1976–1977). Mr. Branson is also a fellow of the International Academy of Trial Lawyers, and the International Society of Barristers.
