Michael C. Siboni
Short Biography: Michael C. Siboni is a partner with the Orlando, Florida based law firm of Grower, Ketcham, Moré, Rutherford, Noecker, Bronson, Siboni and Eide, P.A., and resides in the firm’s Ocala office. He received his B.A. from Biscayne College (St. Thomas University), magna cum laude, in 1973 and his J.D. from South Texas College of Law in 1980.
His practice encompasses various aspects of aviation law and primarily involves the defense of aviation product liability lawsuits. He has served as chairman and co-chairman of the Florida Bar aviation law committee, vice-chairman of the aviation and space law committee of the ABA section on tort and insurance practice and served as a member of the governing committee, ABA forum on air and space law. He is currently serving his second term as a member of the Florida Bar Aviation Law Certification Committee and is board-certified in aviation law by the Florida Bar.
Mr. Siboni is a member of the Florida Bar, the American Bar Association, the Marion County Bar Association, the Lawyer-Pilot’s Bar Association, the Association of Trial Lawyers of America and the Defense Research Institute. He is admitted to practice in Florida, the United States District Court, Southern and Middle Districts of Florida, the United States Court of Appeals, Fifth and Eleventh Circuits and the United States Supreme Court. He has been a speaker for various organizations across the United States including the DRI and Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University on aviation related topics.
