Harold F. Coyne, Jr., PPS, is the president and director of operations for Coyne Consulting Group, Inc. With fifteen years in the industry, Mr. Coyne has combined experience in technical, investigations and security solutions. A Massachusetts private detective and licensed firearms instructor, Mr. Coyne is a member of the Intelligence and Security Firm of the United Kingdom, the International Executive Guild, the Nine Lives Association, the International Foundation for Protection Officers, and the International Association of Counter Terrorism and Security Professionals. Among Mr. Coyne’s major case assignments were the design and implementation of the security for a billion-dollar shipyard that was expected to produce under government contracts; the design and implementation of the protective services and security system for a major telephone communication corporation; serving as an expert witness on ballistics and facility security for an entertainment industry leader to investigate a multiple shooting; providing protection and transportation for members of the Bush family, and other governors, congressmen and representatives during the recent presidential debates, and providing protection to visiting dignitaries, and high government, officials from the Republic of China.
