Mr. De Stefano’s firm has forty investigators and offices in ten states and provides investigative services to all industries including law firms, insurance companies and financial institutions. His firm specializes in conducting insurance defense investigations and providing extensive SIU support by preparing fraud cases for criminal prosecution.

Mr. De Stefano has a criminal justice degree from Seton Hall University and an administrative law degree at LaSalle University and various certifications through fraud and security associations.

Before joining TLS, Mr. De Stefano spent his professional career working for insurance companies, including, Allstate Insurance Company, Aaegon Insurance Company and AIG Insurance Company in various positions including senior fraud investigator, litigation manager and compliance officer. He is a nationally known expert and speaker at various investigative, insurance and security conferences detailing his knowledge and experience in both the pursuit and prosecution of insurance fraud and has been recognized as a leader in the industry.
