Robert J. DiPasquale, CPA, CFE, is the director of the litigation services department and works in the Parsippany, New Jersey office of the Videre Group, L.L.P. His primary area of expertise is in forensic accounting and fraud-related matters. Bob is the past chairman of the board of regents of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners and is a three-term past president of the New Jersey chapter of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners. He has been retained to perform investigative services in cases involving embezzlements, criminal and civil matters including tax evasion, money laundering, Ponzi and investment schemes, as well as kickbacks, healthcare fraud, loan fraud, bankruptcy fraud, stockholder disputes, matrimonial and malpractice issues and in areas of economic damage computations. He has been appointed by the U.S. Trustees’ office as an examiner, and by the courts as a forensic accountant. Bob has authored numerous articles, and has lectured extensively. Mr. DiPasquale received a B.S. degree in accounting from Fairleigh Dickenson. He joined the Videre Group, LLP in 1988 and became a partner in 1991.
