Larry R. Troxel, CLI, REA is the owner of Verdict Resources, a research and investigations company located near Los Angeles, California. He specializes in environmental pollution liability investigations. A past national director of the National Association of Legal Investigators, Inc. (NALI), Troxel has twenty-three years of investigative experience with the Ventura County (California) District Attorney’s Office, where he directed an aggressive environmental crimes investigation unit. During the eight years before establishing Verdict Resources in 1996, he worked for two widely known environmental consulting companies, where he managed both national and international projects. Having a degree in criminal justice, he has trained extensively with federal and state agencies, authored numerous articles, and has lectured at environmental investigations seminars and conferences at the University of California, the California Specialized Training Institute, and throughout the country. He was a contributing author to Advanced Forensic Criminal Defense Investigations.
