Short Biography: 

James Harbert, CLI, opened Technical Management Systems/Services in Pensacola, FL after being chief investigator for the law firm of Kerrigan, Estess, Rankin and McLeod for twelve years. James now consults with, and advises, attorneys and businesses on the preparation of cases. Currently specializing in trial preparation, litigation support, and managing complicated products liability cases, he has earned degrees from Pensacola Junior College, the University of West Florida, and Troy State University (M.S. in criminal justice administration). A prolific writer and popular lecturer, James has twice been honored by the National Association of Legal Investigators, Inc. (NALI) with their Editor-Publisher Award. He has served as NALI’s chairperson of the Editor-Publisher committee and the continuing education committee and is a past president of the North West Florida Association of Investigators.
