Short Biography: Ross D. Petty, Esq., is Associate Professor of Law and holder of the Roger A. Enrico Term Chair at Babson College in Wellesley, Massachusetts. He has been a bicycle commuter for twenty years, is a life member of the League of American Bicyclists, and has written several articles on bicycle safety and history.
