Short Biography: David M. Benjamin, PhD, FCP, FCLM is a doctorally prepared clinical pharmacologist and toxicologist, a trained arbitrator and mediator, as well as a nationally-recognized scholar in legal medicine, reducing medication errors, the drug development process and forensic toxicology. Dr. Benjamin completed his PhD in Pharmacology at the University of Vermont College of Medicine in 1972 and did his specialty training in Clinical Pharmacology & Toxicology at the University of Kansas Medical Center in 1972-73.
