Short Biography: 

Michele A. Molyneaux, J.D. is an associate with Sanders & Parks, P.C., in Phoenix, Arizona, where she practices in the areas of commercial litigation, construction law, insurance coverage, and insurance bad faith litigation. Ms. Molyneaux is admitted to practice in Arizona and before the United States District Court, District of Arizona. She earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science Engineering, highest honors, from California State University in 1992, and a Juris Doctor degree, magna cum laude, from Arizona State University in 2004. During law school, Ms. Molyneaux served as a Note & Comment Editor on the Arizona State Law Journal, a Teaching Assistant for Legal Method and Writing Class, and member of the Order of the Coif. Ms. Molyneaux won the Arizona State Law Journal Best Comment Award for her publication Quality Control of Economic Expert Testimony: The Fundamental Methods of Proving Antitrust Damages, 35 Ariz.
