Short Biography: Kimberly A. Mello is a Shareholder in the Tampa office of Greenberg Traurig LLP and a member of the firm’s Appellate Practice Group. She devotes her practice to appeals and other complex litigation in both state and federal courts involving a variety of substantive areas, including environmental, mass tort, class action, products liability, and business litigation. She is a member of the Board of Trustees of the Florida Supreme Court Historical Society and the Appellate Practice Section of The Florida Bar, where she has held leadership positions, including Editor of The Record, the Section’s quarterly publication, and serving on the Executive Council. Ms. Mello has also served as Chair of the Appellate Practice Section of the Hillsborough County Bar Association. She has authored numerous articles on appellate practice and other topics.
