Short Biography: Hilary J. Flanders, MPH, RN-BC, RRT is currently a staff nurse in the Respiratory Acute Care Unit (RACU), and a coach for the Electronic Medication Administration Process for Patient Safety (EMAPPS) at Massachusetts General Hospital. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Respiratory Therapy from Northeastern University, a bachelor’s degree in Nursing from the University of Massachusetts Boston, and a master’s degree in Public Health from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst. Prior to working at Massachusetts General Hospital, she held several staff and travel nurse positions in intensive and intermediate care units.
