Dick Hermance is nationally recognized and accredited accident reconstruction expert who has been retained by such varied agencies as the U.S. Attorney’s Office, the FBI, U.S. Forest Service, South Dakota Department of Fish and Game, New Hampshire Department of Fish and Game, New York State Office of Parks Recreation and Historical Preservation, as well as many other private and municipal entities throughout the country. Mr. Hermance has been involved in many snowmobile accident investigations and reconstruction's and currently is working on a research and testing program with ArcticCat Corporation to provide imperical test data for snowmobile accident reconstruction as well as to sturdy the feasibility of various new state of the art current safety systems for snowmobiles. Mr. Hermance has testified extensively throughout the country on as a reconstruction expert and belongs to many various professional associations in the accident reconstruction community. He is a past member of the board of directors of the National Association of Traffic Accident Reconstruction and Investigators. He also serves on the research testing and Evaluation Committee as well as the Ethics Committee. Mr. Hermance has designed an accident reconstruction course which he has taught and California to the U.S. Forest Service, South Dakota to the South Dakota Department of Fish and Game, New Hampshire for the New Hampshire Department of Fish and Game, and the New York State office of Parks Recreation and Historic Preservation. Mr. Hermance is also designed the first advanced snowmobile safety program in conjunction with the state of New York office of Parks Recreation and Historic Preservation.
An avid snowmobiler for the past twenty-five years, Mr. Hermance is ridden extensively throughout the United States and in Canada. He is a New York State certified snowmobile safety instructor and volunteers yearly with his test ride.More About Richard Hermance
