I was fascinated by this unobtrusive little collection of what-ifs and who-dids, supplemented by truly concise yet informative commentaries on the relevance of various questions and data. I can safely say that in my opinion, if you fully process this book for any given traffic crash, you should not face any surprises in court, be it civil or criminal. This workbook for vehicle crashes could be required reading for traffic police and police accident investigators, as it will certainly have them fully prepared for any questions that can possibly crop up in the courtroom. This is particularly true in the civil courtroom which usually doesn't occur until 1-2 years later! Need I mention that counsel would be well-prepared for cross ex, after studying this checklist?
