This book is an instructive and interesting book to read for the technical professional, the student and the (para)legal practitioner. While these are the obvious audiences, it is also a book that should be read by, or made available for review by, designers, engineers, managers and business legal staff who have an oversight or responsibility for these communications. It definitely should be in the reference libraries of companies who make products which use or rely on these types of communication.
